But there's a glottal stoppy kind of throat-clearing, oyster-hawking, uvula-vibrating, tonsil-scorching "CH-AHG CH-AHG CH-AHG" in front of the "how".
Kind of like in the Hebrew toast "La chaim" (sp?).
