Is trail mix fattening?
I've been eating bags of it but haven't put on any weight.

3. I Wouldn't Think So
But then again, I've only gained 10 pounds since I graduated from High School thirty years ago.

If you're restricting carbs mightily, and your trail mix doesn't have any raisins or choc chips or dried fruit, it should be OK.

On the other hand, if you're going low-fat, nuts are pretty high in fat and calories.

It must just be a miracle.

And besides, you're the biker with 20 pairs of Speedos, right? You might just be genetically predisposed.

5. YES...but
If you are burning carbs by working out then it's the right kind of fattening...better than fast food...not as good as carrot sticks and celery.

Lots of nuts and raisins...little bit of chocolate for sweet...how do you NOT gain weight????ARGGGH

7. Yes, that's the whole point.
It's concentrated energy for ... the trail. Never eat it anywhere else.
