Kind of a stupid question

But I'm among friends here so I know you won't beat me up too bad...

I was reading a post on breaking news and someone used a few acronyms I'm not familiar with.

What does MIHOP and LIHOP mean?

MIHOP = made it happen on purpose

Usually in reference to the Bush administration and associates regarding 9/11. There are more LIHOPers than MIHOPers here, and people who don't buy into either theory.
