Stupid computer setting question: HELP PLEASE
I'm running Win2000, Opera and sometimes IE, Zone Alarm Firewall and AVG anti-virus. I have the dumbest problem, but it's bugging the heck out of me

My animated gif icons will not work in any of my browsers. This ->>> :bounce: Is just an idle green guy on my computer.

Do I have a setting that is messed up? Please help!!!!

1. I have the same issue.
There is a setting to allow animated gifs, and I have that enabled, but still my little bouncy-guys are idle.

WinXP, ZoneAlarm Pro, IE6. :-)

2. try this
open the tools menu in explorer

click internet options

click advanced

scroll down to multimedia

make sure "play animations in web pages" is checked

you may have to reboot the computer for this to take effect

5. Take a look at Zone Alarm... I seem to recall something stopped
mine from doing this, it was in their FAQ.
