Poll question: Teeth Brushing habits
I love brushing my teeth because I can't stand that feel of nasty aftertaste from food on my teeth.

What are your teeth brushing habits?

1. The Curse of Gummy Joe
I have a great dentist, and for the last 2 checkups, i was in good shape and actually improving. then suddenly this year, *boom* gingivitis and early bone loss. wtf?

so now my dental regime feels rather opressive. NO snacking ever, I must brush and floss AND use a few other esoteric devices after every single god-cursed morsel. So now I only have time to eat twice a day and I am always hungry.

so now all pleasure has gone from eating, and life is just that much more annoying. And I will probably still lose my teeth. before 40.

2. I had a similar prognosis. . .

Then got "tooth & gum formula" from the herb doctor (1-800-HERBDOC). I saved my teeth. It runs about 30 bucks a mouth. Works great. No I don't get a commission and the Herb Doc is a bit of an herbal evangelist. He's a total character, but his products are truly far superior to others I've tried.

Sorry to sound like an infomercial but don't buy into the ADA's scare tactics and fearful crapola. They just want to sell you pricey implants.

Good luck.

3. 3X/day, floss twice. I like my choppers just the way they are.
And I want to keep them that way.:)

4. You're supposed to brush them?
I those little brushes in the rack were for the toilet. Always wondered why there were several to choose from.
