Gay and Lesbian Themed Movies You Hate?
Just so HORRIBLE they make you want to hurt everyone involved in making them? For me, it's "The Talented Mr. Ripley." Awful, awful, awful!

8. I thought it was cute...
But I probably only thought that because the two male characters were cute!

He was so hot in "trick", I was afraid of getting second degree burns just watching him. :-)

13. Oh, yes...an exercise in frustration!
I was gnawing the furniture by the time it was over, and I wanted to SLAP Torie Spelling. *shudder* But the two leads were H-0-T!!!

7. I watched that in order to write a paper on it.
I viewed it from a detached, clinical perspective of sociology. It was clearly anti-gay actually, though somehow I don't think that was the makers' intention, interestingly.

I DO give it credit for probably having the only fisting scene in any mainstream feature release ever!

3. A Different Story
God-awful film that gives credence to the idea that being gay is just a phase.

10. Amen on that one.
A gay man and a lesbian meet, fall in love and marry. Most moronic scene...Meg Foster, playing the lesbian, discovers gay hubby Perry King in the shower with another person...a WOMAN!

"A Different Story" is a thankfully dated movie.

6. It might be a stretch as far as "gay," but I HATE "The Crying Game."
It's really more transgender theme though.

There are quite a few bad "gay movies." My spouse loves them just because they're gay-themed though. He recently forced me to watch a movie called "Camp," about mostly gay teen drama queens at a performance arts camp in the woods. Bad, bad, bad!

My favorite "so bad it's good" gay movie is "Can't Stop the Music," starring the Village People--the gay references are veiled, but barely.

I think they should have slapped that ungrateful son-of-a-woman for being such a snot.
