47. The funeral process is exhausting

physically and emotionally. It may provide closure, it may distract you from the pain but it is extremely trying. Afterwards comes the void when life begins to return to normal with the exception of a large missing presence. We can't fill that void for you Lisa, but we can do all that we are capable of doing to be there with you and offer whatever comfort we can.
