[Beware the Beast Man]

Well folks, I managed to drop 13 pounds in the last 3 weeks, while Mrs. Beast Man has dropped six. That's roughly 4 bags of flour between the both of us. Hopefully I'll be down to 225 in no time. Anyone else here trying to lose a little gut?

It's pretty decent because you can still eat whatever you want, just smaller portions...and a lot of walking, too.
