Sorry I don't have an official V.I.C. maker, I usually pour the coffe over the back of a spoon to keep it and the milk separate.

There is a Vietnamese restaurant here in Pittsburgh that has the best V. coffee done in a plunger pot with lots of sweet cream. Wonderful!

Maybe you have been there, since your'e in Morgantown, it's called Kims. Great place.

Well next time you are here, it might be worth a stop, although Primantis is pretty cool. I haven't had a drunken night there for many a year. Parenting and drinking don't mix too well, at least not for me. :) (translation no time to drink)

Momma foamdad is well. There was no blockage in any of the arteries. My guess is that she is stressing about something. She admits her diet and exercise level needs to be modified. IMHO, she gets worked up about the smallest things, and its finally catching up with her. I think I'm going to suggest a yoga class or something to help her relax.
