in Northern Virginia (about 65 miles west of DC) we're asking $185K...

Hardwood floors (need sanding, though), new kitchen (within 3 years), new roof... um. What else? Two new bathrooms, the third one downstairs hasn't been updated but it's got a shower stall, linen closet, etc. Probably just needs new linoleum or tile if you prefer tile...
