Full-time war criminal specialist and coup associate Otto Reich swallows the canary so it won't be able to sing ... when asked for comment, Otto said: "I don't think I was ever confirmed anyhoo. So, considering that, thanks to the US taxpayer for paying me an unconfirmed salary, and improving my government pension."
