9. Easy, Cowboy! I Don't Think Amazon.Com Or UPS Is That Fast...
My wish list has been on DU for only 12 hours or so. But Amazon.Com is pretty prompt with filling the order and getting it shipped out.

I'll let you know as soon as it arrives though.

Thanks Pagerbear! You're the greatest!

12. I Don't Know What To Say...
I guess THANK YOU would be a good start. Even if you didn't really send anything, thank you for thinking of me. (Either way... you're a sweetie!)

Now... do I need to start practicing my "oh-I'm-so-surprised" face? You know the one I mean. It's the expression that I usually use at Christmas whenever I know in advance what it is that I'm unwrapping (but I still want my Mom to think I wasn't expecting it... even though I know that Mike told her EXACTLY what I needed.)

13. I HOPE I sent something...
Edited on Thu Jun-17-04 10:42 AM by terrya
I clicked on the item and got an invoice. :-)

My pleasure, sweetie. You have good tastes...I'm a fan of Thom Fitzgerald, also.

If I were you (and that's rhetorically speaking, of course, since I could never fill your shoes. :-)), I'd start practicing your "oh-I'm so-surpised" face right now. Just take a few minutes, go to the nearest mirror and start working on it. :-)

18. We'll do, stud.
Unless it's an "emergency" purchase, I always use their free (or slow-boat) shipping option. The wait isn't so bad, and my purchase arrives when I'm not "expecting" it, so it's a nice surprise to see it arrive.

It's ALSO a very nice TREAT to see our UPS DRIVER when he comes a-knockin' on my door. So you've given me TWO gifts, actually. THANKS AGAIN!
