when you are in the quagmire of some company's voice mail system right after you push the single key number a female voice told you to push and have to hang up and dial back in again.
recording that estimates when my call will be answered. Then I can decide if I want to hang on until that happens. And usually, they pick up somewhat sooner than the estimate. I'm sure that's on purpose.
What with voice mail being so common, when was the last time you got an actual busy signal?
