Much Respect for DU
I just have to say that I appreciate the front page of DU on this Memorial Day weekend. We should never forget the sacrifices that so many have made for this country and it is our job to make sure that everyone knows our gratitude. Regardless of our perspective on the various conflicts, those soldiers gave their all for this country and we are all in their debt. It is our job to ensure that they have not died in vain and that, never again, will we allow the whims of the few and privileged, place the lives of our protectors in jeopardy.
