I could never work at a cheese factory. The smell would have me dry retching all day long.

4. I do quality assurance

I have to taste the cheese too. Strangely, this has given me a greater appreciation of cheese rather than turning me off from cheese. Some of the people who work in the plant have worked at meat plants which they said was much worse. We have a new clean modern plant so things aren't too bad. I wear a uniform so my clothes don't smell like cheese when I come home.
