What's your least favorite chore?
I'd have to say mine are a tie:

Cleaning the kitty litter box

and

Washing dishes

Blech! :puke:

1. Laundry
Boring tedium.

Everything else I can get done rather quickly.

2. I like laundry
except matching socks.
It is not as if we have to beat the clothes on a rock or anything.

Unless you are going to the laundrymat-then it is a waste of 2 hours

29. TWO hours????
you must go twice a week. It's a 4-hour fun-filled social experience for me, and I hate it more than...than....than....Oh, hell, I can't think of ANYTHING I hate more than laundry....

6. That's a good neighbor.
This guy on the corner from me has a giant pit smoker. Every weekend in the summer he fires it up. Anybody that wants to throw something on it can. He can do 16 briskets at once.

5. Scrubbing out the toilets
Edited on Thu May-27-04 11:00 AM by bearfan454
I do the laundry(except for her stuff because I shrunk her bras one time in the dryer by drying them on high), do all of the cooking, do the dishes,(well at least 1/2 of the time), scrub out the bath tubs, vacuum, sweep and mop the kitchen floor with bleach, cut the grass, and fold laundry and put it up too, plant, weed, and maintain the garden. If that isn't good enough tough shit. I just hate doing the toilets.

8. She needs to share the chores, IMHO...
If she lived alone, who would do them?

Of course, I do all of them, too, because I can't stand anything less than a guest-ready house.

I hate putting the dishes away, though.

And I hate taking the trash out.

17. She takes care of the baby.
We have a soon to be 4 year old granddaughter that stays over here 5 nights a week. She is a full time job for Mrs bearfan. Spending time with those two is what makes me happy, so I try and help out.

because I never sweep well enough before mopping, then the crud is wet and smears, and the tumbleweeds of cathair jump out of nowhere.

24. lol- good one, same thing happens to me
cleaning my hardwood floors is now a three step process. Sweep. Swiffer. Mop. It's the only way. I did it last week, and it looks like I need to do it again, but I hurt for days after that marathon.
