Soprano's hit list. Who dies? Who lives? Final episode..June 2
The greatest season comes to a head June 2 with the New York- New Jersey Families War. Who will not survive?

I suspect someone in Tony's real family goes away. Meadow???

2. Well, you know Tony B. is dead man walking
But what about christopher? He might be considered a risk with what happened to Adriana AND the fact that Chrissy is back on the H

4. Christopher should die now for letting that happen to Adriana
There's nothing to care about him for now. Maybe Christopher will go behind Tony's back to try and help Phil Leotardo kill Tony B., but both Tony's will kill Christopher and Phil Leotardo in self defense

6. Pretty sure it's June 6.
Chrissie will not get it this year. Maybe next year, but not this time. He's too integral to the plot to have him whacked just yet. But he could be in big trouble, both for Ade's snitching and the H. He's a big risk for the family right now.

Tony B is a dead man walking, as someone else said. Even tho' Tony S. won't let Johnny Sac kill him, Tony Soprano simply cannot permit anyone on his crew to get away with being a free agent. It would set a bad example. So, with that in mind, there will be a big shootout at Uncle Pat's upstate farm, and Tony B and Philly Leotardo are dead.

Tony's biological family is safe, NO ONE is going to take out Carmela, A.J., or Meadow. That's simply not going to happen.

This last episode will set up the major story line for the next (and allegedly final) season, i.e., there's going to be a war between Tony and Johnny Sac. That's the storyline for next year.

The ultimate result? Who knows?

7. don't know who exactly, but someone very close to Tony . . .
is gonna get whacked . . . maybe more than one . . . and that should send Tony over the edge, with a cliffhanger ending that we'll have to wait 18 months for . . .

8. What's interesting this season is that
every character's redeeming qualities have been stripped away. Tony's "lovability" from previous seasons is gone, he's just pure prick now--I still say his sabotage of his sister's attempts at being centered was the pivotal moment this season for his character, when he basically surrendered to that fact that he IS his mother.

Likewise, Chrissy's sobriety, his yearning to be a writer, the qualities that made you root for him a bit in the past, are gone, now he's just the junkie who conspired to whack the "woman he loved."

Sil, never really seen as a killer, carried out that contract, even making Ade's last heard words "You cunt!"

Tony B, who I was rooting for early this season, shrugged off his reformation like a bad suit.

Carmella, for all of her psuedo-soul searching in seasons past, welcomed Tony back in her life for the right price.

Down the line, everybody got very unlikable (within the context of the show, that is--I realize they're all scumbags to begin with).

Having deconstructed the show as such, I still hope Johnny Sack dies slowly and painfully. I've never hated a character on this show like I hate the Sackster, from his Bing BM to his pig wife to his treatment of Tony this season, he makes Richie & Ralphie look like your two best friends from college.

the NYers are probably gonna shoot up his resturaunt.

Remember Tony's 'dream sequence'---Artie kept showing up with all the dead people.

Maybe the guy Tony already beat the snot out of earlier in the season. I'll bet he has Chris do the hit.

23. They could take a cue from Days Of Our Lives
and kill off some of the major players and have them really not dead but on some tropical island that's been made to look like New Jersey!

I haven't watch the Soprano's for a while, but isn't the show ending this season?

Edited on Thu May-27-04 09:19 AM by curse10
I had high hopes that she and Chris would be the redeeming characters on the show. Since next season is it's last, they could turn on the family and go into witness protection, living happily ever after.
