MY RANT!
I'm so sick of seeing and hearing (radio) these damn "feel good" commercials for Walmart and Shell and other monopolizing asshole corporations. You know the ones where an employee talks about all the good their company is doing for the community and the environment. BULLSHIT! Please! It's one thing if your company is going to rape us, but don't act all self-righteous because you had the courtesy by us dinner first! This kind of BS PR is insulting!

5. right - and what money they give to charity is just marketing tactics
to trumpet with advertising campaigns that cost more than what they gave in the first place so they can appeal to zombie consumers who'll then buy more of their crap under the delusion that they're a compassionate company. If they were such philanthropists they'd allocate all that money to charity and let somebody else honk their horn if its to be honked.
