How often do you lie?
Are you like most people who lie on a daily basis? I mean, small lies are sort of a part of our culture. For example, when someone asks me if a certain piece of clothing looks good on them, I usually say yes, even if I feel it looks bad...

Mainly because the person usually tells me about this great pair of pants they purchased and how "cool" they are. I usually don't have the heart to tell them otherwise, unless thier butt crack is overly exposed!

I have the same problem with hair, man I hate it when someone asks me if their hair looks good!

How often do you lie, or do you prefer to call it something else?

1. Every night.
It seems to be the only way I can sleep. I tried sort of propping myself up in a corner with hooks. No soap. So I'll continue to lie.

3. Depends on what it's for
I weigh whether it's worth it to hurt the person if I tell them the unvarnished truth.

The kind of lie you describe Chuckup, is really just a small courtesy that greases the societal wheels, by bypassing unnecessary unkindness.
