I just had an idea about "October Surprise."

Let's all make up a recipe for a tasty, edible dish and name them all "October Surprise." Y'know, like a casserole, "tuna surprise," "noodle surprise," etc.

Post your recipe for October Surprise. Then we can all choose our favorites and cook them for our Post-Election Day Celebration Feasts.

I'm trying desperately to hang onto hope here, folks. May the only October Surprise of 2004 be DU's October Surprise Recipes.
