4. I'm on the fifth floor...
...but we do have a basement. This building has been here since before WWII. I'm not too worried. I'm more concerned about my car. I was thinking of trying to find a parking garage downtown...

7. just looked on the radar
yup you guys really got one of those "red areas" and it`s all coming this way..didn`t snow at all,storms this spring just went around nothern il but now were are getting it..big time..my weather bug has been going crazy today- it`s 8:30 and it`s getting warmer.....oh, i`m under a tornado watch, that`s nice.....

6. last night here in Madison, Wi
and southcentral Wisconsin we had very serious storms--lots of rain. They say it will be back tomorrow maybe coming in from Nebraska?

12. i guess i didn`t have to worry
about missing the dells car show this year..next weekend better be nice,i`m cruising up either the west side of wisconsin or up thru door county and back..but my luck it will be raining up there next weekend..
all that rain has the rock rise a couple of feet today and more rain on the way

18. We had green skys ...
yesterday in the Detroit area. Freakiest thing. Unfortunately they blew the tornado sirens so we couldn't watch very long.

One of our new trees tipped over (no serious damage) and our neighbors had a tall tree fall onto their two story house. Luckily no damage there either. That made two tornado capale storms in about 12 hours. Waiting for the next batch now.

20. Chicago's getting hit now
Lots of thunder and lightning--raining cats and dogs. Hearing weather reports of flooding in Wisconsin and at viaducts in Chicago. The storm has been active for about two hours. Normally they pass really quickly.
