I'm feeling a little bit better today, but it's going to be a long time before I actually feel good about myself. That time will come. I feel it.

Thanks again all. I'm glad I have a place like DU to vent. I don't have anywhere else to do that.

1. You might start with the things you can do something about

like drinking to excess. It really doesn't help matters and usually makes them worse.

It can also make you do some really stupid things. I had a friend in HS who drunk herself to excess and ended up committing suicide. Chances are she would not have done so if she wasn't so drunk.
