DU music geeks--what's your favorite Krautrock album?

It's not the best or most innovative, but my favorite by far is Future Days by Can.

3. Sure. 'Heirate Mich' sounds Kraut-ish to me
I was thinking the Kraftwerk-Can-Amon Duul II-Faust period when I posted, but hey, I don't make the rules. :hi:

9. I love Rammstein...

and "Sehnsucht" is my favorite album by them too.

I also really like KMFDM. I think "Nihil" is probably my fave of their albums. It has "Brute" on it and that's one of my favorite songs ever.

4. LOL, 'all tommowows pahties'
I can't get past her voice, but she did have some pretty solid solo albums here and there after the Velvets.

7. I like "The Marble Index" better than the first VU record.
Probably my least favorite Velvets album. I mean, that still puts it in the top .001% of all records ever made, but I like their other stuff better.

5. Cannibalism comp by Can.
This is my only Can exposure. I love the record, but I have never been tempted to buy, or even listen to, any other Can songs.

Odd for me -- I usually tend to the complete-ist side when I like a band a lot.

6. Damn! That's tough!

Today, I'd say "So Far" by Faust.

Although Can's "Monster Movie" and "Ege Bamyase" are right up there, as are the first three Kraftwerk and Neu! albums.

Edit: Ooh! I nearly forgot "Vive la Trance" by Amon Duul II.

8. hmmm...
KMFDM-A drug against war
Atari Teenage Riot-1995
Kraftwerk-Computer World

and I know it's not krautrock per se, but Bauhaus makes the cut as honorable mention.
