What's your favorite consensual crime?

Consensual crimes, by definition, are things that are against the law but don't hurt anyone. Here's my favorite:

Tattoos are illegal some Asian countries. People would then go out and get small tattoos, just to avoid wars (Like Korea and Vietnam); because you wouldn't be drafted if you had one.
