9. Did you hear Jessica Simpson sing with Jewel?

On the Jessica and Nick variety show on ABC. My wife flipped it on and called me in to witness the horror. Ms. Simpson seems to think blurting out continuous streams of melisma in the style of somebody with 2-year-long unrelieved constipation = "soul".
