In a GD thread I suggested (with no primary source backing this up) that businesses that advertise their christianity gain 2 christian customers for every 1 other that is put off by it.

Another DUer came along and asked "You based that ratio on what data?"
so I reply:

the number of jesus fish on cars compared to darwin fish
Then I used the most sophisticated statistical modeling methods along with aggregated data supplied by NASA and the NSF. It took 34 hours on a 66 teraflop mainframe at oak ridge national labrotories to do the computations.

4. I think you should have brought up the "Truth" eating the Darwin fish

There's your 2 to 1, since as yet, I haven't seen the evolution of the Darwin fish reach the point where it is doing anything to the "Truth" eating the Darwin fish. I think perhaps that there should be an evolved Darwin fish with larger legs, stomping on the "Truth" eating the Darwin fish.

Thus you would have illustrated, scientifically, the evolution of the car fishes that debate whether or not there was evolution.

6. That doesn't seem good

I'd rather have the Darwin fish mating with other Darwin fish, so that it produces more advanced species of car fishes, rather than regressing. But I guess that Jesus fish might have it's charms. I don't know. It's hard for me to say, since I don't reside on the casing of a vehicle.
