I've been a mod for something like two and a half years now, with the occasional break. Every term but two in LBN.

It's not so much the power that one misses, but feeling in tune with what's going on, and being able to help. At least, that's what affects me.

13. I got a much better sense of how hard the admins work when I was a mod....

Skinner, EarlG and elad are incredibly dedicated. It was a terrific experience. I learned a lot. And I was extremely lucky working with the best people. :-)
