Woman Tries to Gas Unwanted Houseguests
Edited on Tue May-18-04 08:23 PM by Teddy_Salad
I think many of us can relate to this.
Actually, come to think of it, maybe this is what Whitacre was trying to do today by eating so many beans.

A woman tried to get rid of unwanted houseguests by gassing them. A family friend introduced the 51-year-old woman to Kevin Frye and Andrew King and she agreed to let them spend the night, investigators said. But they overstayed their welcome — refusing to leave for six weeks as they allegedly sold drugs from her apartment.

1. I Can Understand Her Concern
Current Drug Laws make the property owner responsible and liable for illegal activity on the premises subject to seizure without investigation.

Nothing has to be proven first.

4. Hopefully Not
The perps were in their 50's and the owner was in her '70's more than likely and probably a little confused.

She was worried that everything she had left in the world plus her income was dependant on the assholes dealing out of her property.

I don't think it would be "out-of-line" to ask the local judge and reporters to honestly investigate and report what was going on to the court.
