I decided to go jogging for the first time in like 3 or 4 months. I hit about a mile and I almost collapsed. I am not fat or anything but I hate doing cardio exercise that isn't a sport of some type. Took me like 15 minutes to be able to see straight :)
PS Probably doesn't help when the humidity is like 90 percent outside.
I was able to start running a few weeks ago after neck problems/surgury made me a couch potato from October to now. Tough time making 20 min. Now doing 5 miles every other day, took three weeks to get there. No speed however. Real slow
