Six Feet Under New Season Ep Guide (SPOILERS!)
Officially released from HBO...:

Episode #40: "Falling Into Place"
Debut Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET)
Other HBO playdates: June 15 (11:00 p.m.), 16 (9:00 p.m.) and 19
(midnight), and July 4 (8:00 p.m.) HBO2 playdate: June 14 (10:00
p.m.) In an attempt to honor Lisa's last wishes, Nate (Peter Krause)
finds himself at odds with her family; David (Michael C. Hall) and
Keith (Mathew St. Patrick) look for "genuinely new" ways to start
over; Federico (Freddy Rodriguez) seeks out a priest for absolution;
Vanessa (Justina Machado) gets tired of Angelica (Melissa Marsala);
Claire (Lauren Ambrose) shares a secret with Russell (Ben Foster);
Brenda (Rachel Griffiths) does "the neighbor thing" with Joe (Justin
Theroux); and Ruth (Frances Conroy) sings the praises of her new
husband George (James Cromwell). Written by Craig Wright; directed
by Michael Cuesta.

Episode #41: "In Case of Rapture" Debut Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 20 (9:00-
10:00 p.m.) Other HBO playdates: June 22 (11:00 p.m.), 23 (9:00
p.m.) and 26 (10:30 p.m.), and July 4 (9:00 p.m.) HBO2 playdate:
June 21 (10:00 p.m.) George puts his stamp on the Fisher home,
settling into domestic routines that irk Arthur (Rainn Wilson);
David cautions Nate about projecting his grief onto clients; Keith
applies for a glamorous new job; Joe challenges the logic of
Brenda's 12-step plan; Claire reawakens her artistic muse after
meeting Edie (Mena Suvari), a free spirit; and Federico proves that
charity doesn't always begin at home. Written by Rick Cleveland;
directed by Dan Attias.

Episode #42: "Parallel Play" Debut Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 27 (9:00-10:00
p.m.) Other HBO playdates: June 29 (11:00 p.m.) and 30 (9:00 p.m.),
and July 3 (9:30 p.m.) and 4 (10:00 p.m.) HBO2 playdate: June 28
(10:00 p.m.) The Fishers hold a yard sale; David grooms Arthur for a
new role; Nate gets intimately involved in Maya's afternoon
playgroup; Claire attends an art party; Ruth and George receive some
unwanted wedding gifts; Federico gets caught up in family
responsibilities; Keith adjusts to his new job; Joe isn't thrilled
by Brenda's yearning for normalcy; and some important memories go up
in smoke. Written by Jill Soloway; directed by Jeremy Podeswa.

I have a message board dedicated to the Waterston acting clan, and it was brought up that James was going to be on six episodes this season.

5. Yeah he came in around the end of last season
He's Brenda's neighbor - plays some obscure instrument in the LA Philharmonic.

It appeared as if they'd be setting him up as a major character this season.
