2. Was gonna say reading DU
but I'm not sure if that's very relaxing. Reading DU and drinking liquor at the same time? Could call that "informed relaxation".

3. 2&3 and when I'm serious about relaxing: yoga
yoga is really the best form of relaxation - that, or meditation

But most of the time, I'm lazy and grab a big glass of wine and land on the couch.

20. Yeah, that's me, too. Reading is a great relaxer. Also, I go out
for hikes. Some people may find this strange, but I don't find sex or watching TV to be relaxing at all. The first is a lot of work and the second is boring!

(In the above, I was also reaching for an obscure play on words: "consensual.")

27. Float in the pool
with a tropical drink and a good novel. Here in FL, it's often too hot to do much else. In the "winter months" I love taking long walks with my dogs, yard work and bike riding.

29. When I'm tremendously stressed, I shoot things.
I gather up all of my guns, go out to the rifle range, and hose the backstop down. It doesn't hurt anybody (the backstop is a mountain set aside for the purpose by the Army Corps of Engineers, so even if a shot goes wild, it's not going to miss the backstop), and it relieves the stress like nothing else out there.

The ultimate stress relief. Which I haven't been able to do in awhile. Which explains why my hair sticks straight up alot.

Edit: RP and her 5 daughters are not the same.
