Wireless in the E. Village - I love open networks
I'm moving my daughter into her new apartment and I decided to see if there were any open nets to connect to while she waits for her cable to be installed.

Last night I had a choice of 6 and this morning there are 4 to choose from. Only one was wep password protected and I'm cruising faster than I would on my home wireless. 9th and C if anyone cares to recommend a good breakfast joint.

I Love wireless.

1. Chicago's South Loop is E-Z pickins' too.
Our DSL company went belly-up shortly before we moved and we discovered that we had our choice of 3 to 6 unsecured networks off our balcony.
