Do you go to freeper boards?

any kind of conservative forums which drive you crazy, upset you, but yet you can't seem to stay away from? I'm I the only one? There is one which I keep returning to. My stomach churns now even just thinking about it, but yet I go back regularly and become so upset I could scream. Do any of you do this? And why do we do this?

I have got to point where I can guess after I read what they are reading. I am hardly ever wrong but some times I am shocked. Frankly I am not sure but these are really the new GOP or not Ike Rep. Many sound like the same race haters that were in the Dem party before the civil right laws.Plus they do the same as those people do and put the Bible into it.Spending Neo-cons are new to that party I do think. DU seems more all over the place to me.

I stopped going to a debate board on a Disney site because the freeper types were so obnoxious and vulgar I actually felt nauseated. Now, after reading about Peak Oil, I visit a somewhat freeperish forum that doesn't upset my stomach but makes me shake my head sometimes. For example, they're really into self-reliance, but a couple actually receive food stamps, though they hate to use them. A lot like Rush taking the unemployment checks, though he hated to cash them.

I have in the past, but, seriously, those are the dreariest people I've ever encountered on line. The one consistent trait I've noticed, when I did read their boards, is that they have the unique ability to whine about other people whining without one wit of irony. On the rare occasions when they're not whining - they're screaming. It's the Jerry Springer show sans the visuals. I tried to compromise their intellect, or lack thereof, and view freepers as "living theater", but soon realized that it was a conceptual contradiction. So - even as "art" they don't make the cut. They're 'The Grapes of Wrath' without the grapes.

on the whining about others whining. Its true, even though I never really thought of it that way before you wrote it. And whenever you try to talk facts, its they begin screaming, not discussing, with the name Clinton as a fall back if they don't have anything else try. But yet, I still go back for more :D I've just about had enough though.

Leave short pithy posts on freeper boards. At the very least a novel idea will contaminant their consciousness. I've left posts such as
