1. I used to listen to them.....
when they were on WNEW in N.Y., but the station changed formats about a year or two ago, and I haven't heard them since.....
they were good, I wasn't aware that they don't like *, makes them even better :-).....
I think Don does color commentary for the Washington Redskins football games during the season, too.....

2. They spend half of their show
making fun of him. i was trying to find something to listen to one day when i had a long drive and i stumbled onto them. It was such a surprise to hear anything Anti-Bush on the am dial that I almost passed out.

4. wow.....
that's amazing.....
I don't think I ever heard anything political from them during the year or so they were on here in NYC, but they were funny.....
Maybe they recently turned against him, in the last year or so?????
That seems to be happening a lot these days:-)

7. Guns blazing
everyday, they mock him more than anybody else, and as you know they have a long list of mockees. They were slamming him today over the Berg killing and how typical it was for him not to do the right thing in regards to Bush not calling his family.

3. They used to be on here in South Carolina
However, when it became known that they were actually funny, the religious zealots demanded that they be taken off the radio station, which they were. Can you hear them anywhere on the web?

I remember way back when they were on WAVA here in the DC Metro area (back in the 80's). One of them used to have his son on the show alot, not sure which one.

13. I think it was Don and I think it was weed...
...their 'newsman' is named Buzz and callers sometimes ask him if he's got any good weed, so it sounds like there maybe a little history there too. Don talks about Vodka now.
I think they're funny. A good break from all the bad news...

10. They've just recently been picked up again by a local station here in...
...Portland,OR. I think they're hysterically funny sometimes. It's 'long form' comedy rather than jokes and takes awhile to get.
Mike is the most skilled mimic I've ever heard. He does so many voices. I admit they're very silly sometimes but I laugh and laugh...
And they have come down on the liberal side of things recently though the show is pretty apolitical most of the time.

14. That's Donny who's jumped on the anti* wagon, because of Stern
Don is a verrrrrrry experienced radio guy, and it hasn't been lost on him how Howard's ratings have soared since his shrub bashing began. So now Don (who a couple of years ago----just before the last prez election, actually) switched to the repuke camp. Even had a listener come down to the studio to bring him a repuke card.

So it cracked me up to hear them trying to jump on Stern's bandwagon. But hey, every little bit helps.

They've been on in the DC area for a long, long time. Mike O'Meara (the nicer of the two) just opened up a restaurant/bar in old town Manassas. Been trying to get there to check it out. Don is a bit of a prick, from my experience anyway. But like many DJs, they are 14 y.o.s trapped in the bodies of 40-somethings. But funny? Yeah, they are.
