3. Depends, actually
Edited on Thu May-13-04 01:52 PM by MissMillie
on the highway, I'm usually 10 to 15 mph over.

On residential streets, I'm at or below the speed limit. I hate it when people speed down my street like no one lives on it... I won't do that to other people and their families.

5. 5-10
When I'm in my neighborhood, I try to keep it around 3 over. On the interstate, I limit my speed to about 7-8 over.

11. It depends
On the freeway, I go maybe 5-10 over, but in town, I'm right on the speed limit. This town is too small, and there are way too many cops for me to get away with speeding. Most people who live here agree, it's kind of weird, it's like an exactly-the-speed-limit parade.

12. I don't speed on residential roads
anywhere where a kid or a pet might run out in front of me, I drive the speed limit, and carefully. On the highway, I keep it to about 8-9 over most of the time. I set the cruise control whenever traffic permits, and watch people spaz out around me, speeding up and slowing down. No wonder most people have such horrible gas mileage; they can't maintain a speed to save their lives.

13. Depends
Depends on the road and traffic conditions. Typically 5-10 over maybe more on the open freeway (132 mph). Residential streets i do the limit or less.
