The Daily Show last night had a HILARIOUS piece by Ed Helms. Repeat at 7PM Eastern tonight, a must see.

Some idiot Rpublican in Arizona wants to do away with the law making it illegal to take a gun into a bar. The Democrat who was on, he opposes it, was a Marine and is a gun owner-he thinks it is a really bad idea. Helms was acting like he agreed with the Republican (a former golf pro who later compared the Rules of Golf to the Constitution) and he asked the Dem the above question.

God was that hilarious.

Helms "testing" it out by firing a handgun then going out to his car in the parking lot and drinking Wild Turkey (the Kickin' Chicken as we call it) and then he bust back in the firing range with a shotgun. Later,after drinking some more, he goes down range and starts hugging the silhouette target.

Helms and the biker bar owner (HE thinks the proposal is stupid too) was likewise hilarious.

One of the best TDS segments I have ever seen.

I thinkthey tried to push for something like that (the gun law) in Va. and it got *cough* shotdown. Yes even here in old Virginnie.

The no beer in convenience stores sounds like the liquor laws in Pa. which make NO SENSE.
