Dead Fugitive Found In California - Alive

WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- Pennsylvania state police have tracked down a man who supposedly died more than a dozen years ago.

Mark Paisley allegedly staged his own suicide in 1991 in Delaware -- complete with suicide note. At the time, he was facing charges of credit card fraud.

A state trooper looked into Paisley's family and determined that Mark Paisley was alive, living in California under his brother's name, Joseph. The driver's license photo and fingerprints matched.

Paisley was arrested Tuesday in San Francisco, and is expected to be extradited to Pennsylvania.
