HA! PFC England's atty just walked out on Dan Abrams...

Abrams was calling her constitutional claims technicalities and her atty said that constitutional issues are never technicalities, but rather are the foundation of our legal system. Abrams agreed to disagree with him, but before moving on, in classic Abrams hubris, had to get the last word before moving on..."well, I think constitutional defenses are often technicalities" or something like that. So England's atty pulled the earpiece and microphone off and waled off with Abrams mocking him.

Dan Abrams was OK when he was with CourtTV, but he's turned into such an arrogant asshols since BSNBC gave him a show.

1. MSNBC, more than any other station,

likes their anchors opinionated and rude. Look at Scarborough, Matthews and Imus. I'd rather that than the subtle and devious way Blitzer and Zahn prejudice the masses.

Olberman is great, though.....and Norville had a great show last night
that was hardly shrub-friendly.

2. Dan either needs to go back to law school for some refresher courses

or he needs to pick up the phone and call his father Floyd, who is the foremost first amendment lawyer (you remember that little constitutional technicality, don't you Dan?) in the country
