According to a buddy of mine who works for Pacifica Radio, two American spies are in custody of the Iraqi police after being caught fleeing from the site where Berg was murdered. They are identified as Marcus R. Dixon and Sydney A. Bristow, both of Los Angeles and they are both identified by Interpol as CIA agents, though under questioning, both claim to work for something called SD-6. which is apparently a subsidiary of Halliburton.

This was definitely a black-bag job and I am not surprised Halliburton is attached.
