I got 4 of them (with the egg slicers) for the price of one because I called with in 20 minutes of the commercial.

After reading the Eggstructions I began the process. How did this little marvel perform? Uh well let me say that it did a "superb job" and uh.....I "owe it a debt of gratitude".

Actually it performed about as well as Rummy has which is to say like a freakin' piece of s**t

Half of the yellows were ejected and the white part stayed pretty much intact inside the shell. A few of them got about 70% of the whole egg out and one "exploded" on me which the Eggstructions actually warns about.

My Mother-in-law has already said that I can keep the one that I was going to give her. What am I going to do with the rest? Well I don't care what she says she is getting one as are my Mom and my brother.

Stupid piece of crap TV gimmick. I guess my Mom was right I shouldn't play with my food.

2. A much easier way to remove the shells

After boiling, run them under cold water for about 30 seconds. The shell comes right off - and you don't have to worry about eggs "exploding."

I must admit that I'm entranced by the accompanying photo of the Eggstractor in action. It's kind of soothing...

if you are boiling fresh eggs, you'd better pin-prick a hole in them before dropping them in the boiling water; you'll never get the shell to separate from the white, even with cold water, otherwise.

Only old eggs peel their shells easily.

Yep I got one of those last month. The war on nose hair is finally being won! Honest I really did get one (what is becoming of me?) and it works great..........MUCH better than the Eggstractor.
