We've been sort of living together for a while, though Grovel has kept his apartment just to keep up appearances, but we can't hold it in anymore - for all intents and purposes Grovelbot has lived with me since the last campaign.

I can't type any more because I'm full of tears and keep having to fix my typing, I'm so happy!

8. This Is The Stage That Dr. Phil Calls "Denial"

As you can see... Rabrrrrrr has openly stated that he will never believe that. There is no logic behind why he will never believe the new information before him. Nor does he offer any facts or evidence that will help to refute the new information that's been presented to him.

Another symptom of denial is trying to pin the blame on the messenger. In this case, Rabrrrrrr believes that it's the messenger who is jealous... and that the messenger wants to ruin the happiness he's anticipating having.

In reality, the messenger doesn't have a horse in this race. The messenger is just delivering bad news in an attempt to help out his friend. But the friend's brain can't accept this and instead interprets the facts into something entirely different.

A classic case of ... "denial".

The next phase is "anger". We begin to see a peek of the anger coming through in Rabrrrrrr's expletive exclamatory statement at the end of his reply.

I can't believe the number of people - jealous, sycophantic filth-licking devolutioned spiteful gonads - who are trying to kill the relationship of love and trust that Grovelbot and I have.

Fuck all you people!! We hoped for support, but I can see we only have people trying to detroy us because they can't stand the fact that you are finally faced with pure love for the first time in humanity.

15. "Now That Dawg Just Won't Hunt"

This is where Rabrrrrrr enters the anger stage. He begins to act out and name-call and angrily blame others for his own unhappiness. The actions of Grovelbot are only slightly entering his peripheral awareness... but not enough to become a part of his immediate sense of reality.

In an effort to deal with this threat, anger is Rabrrrrrr's way of handling a situation he's unsure about.

In cases like this, the best thing for caring friends to do, is to try and understand... and listen... and then BLAST BACK WITH BOTH BARRELS... at the TOP OF YOUR LUNGS!!!

Oh yeah! Well screw YOU! You lousy piece of shit! Go ahead and ruin your life and when you do, don't come to me for help! And you won't get a job in THIS town because everyone knows you can't do hair just look at that mop on top of your own head. It's disgraceful. Look at yourself in the mirror... do you REALLY think Grovelbot wants to wake up with THAT every morning? You wouldn't know what real love was if it bit you in your ass. You think with your dick!

Next you need to sit back, do nothing and watch your friend ruin his live by entering a loveless marriage that will end in divorce and financial ruin. He'll become an alcoholic and drug addict, and will live in the park and sleep in the gutter over a steam vent in the winter.

20. Next Phase: Self Doubt And Grief

This is when our friend Rabrrrrrr begins to have doubts over the false reasoning his brain created to justify his anger and denial. When the reality of the situation begins to settle in, Rabrrrrrr begins to experience grief.

The final stage of this process is known as "acceptance". At this point, Rabrrrrrr begins to accept the reality of the situation and is able to move forward with experiencing a relatively normal life (addiction to DU notwithstanding).

We all wish Rabrrrrrr the very best and we look forward to seeing Grovelbot on an upcoming episode of Springer or Jenny Jones or Rikki Lake or Divorce Court.
