...when they roasted "Santa Claus Conquers The Martians." The 8-year-old Zadora played one of the Martian kids.

And who else here remembers Pia's Top 40 pop hit from the early '80s? It was a remake of Shirley Ellis' "The Clapping Song."

6. I almost said

who is Pia Zadora?, then I remembered. She was that actress who was playing Anne Frank so badly, that the audience told the Nazis when they came to the door that she was in the attic. I've heard a lot of stories about that.

7. Once, I ran into her on the the way to the ladies room in Las Vegas.

She was going to the Ladies Room (not me!). But, I literally ran into her...and, we began talking. And, I could tell she needed to use the facility. So, I graciously let her go. Wasn't that nice of me?
