I felt bad that so many people couldn't pronounce a simple name with three syllables. I heard Tabuga, Bugata, and I think Tabagag. This man is a Major General and was testifying in front of you guys on national television. Learn to pronounce his name!

screw up a name as simple as Ta-gu-ba? Sound it out, phonetically or whatever. Jesus, are our Senators really this dumb? Wait a sec, I think I just answered my own question.
