Another computer moran right behind...how to clear scrolls

People come and go, use my Win98, and leave tracks. When I use a scroll down thing, like to log in my user name or search stuff in ebay, I see a list of stuff scrolling halfway to China. How do I get it cleared out?

1. OK; try this

(I use XP and a German IE, so it might be a bit off)
1. click extras
2. internet Options
3. click the "contents"
4. click "auto complete"
5. click the "delete forms" buttons.


On edit: to clear the urls (for example www.democraticundergound.com) in the address bar: go to the internet options as described above, but click "clear history".

Even if it doesn't work that way in 98, at least that's probably the right place to fool around with it. :)
