I put my Kerry sticker on my car today

a lady gave me a handful at the voter drive yesterday.

I was ambivalent about the idea (fearing a "key job" on my new car) and hubby hates bumper stickers in general.

But driving home Friday I saw 2 bushit stickers which depressed me, then a Kerry sticker which had me smiling the rest of the way home.

My thinking is if I can brighten a day like that other car did for me it's worth a risk. Hubby says if the car gets keyed, gloves are off, he's buying Krylon spray paint for the next time he sees a bush sign

1. My car was keyed a couple months ago

I had (and still have) a NO2W sticker on my rear bumper. My plan is to add to it, but haven't yet gotten around to it.
Getting keyed is a price I am willing to pay. For my bumper to be silent is not an option - I'll get the car repainted after Kerry's election.

3. Funny how things like that can make your day!

I saw the re-defeat Bush sticker on a car, and gave the thumbs up to the driver.

Funny part is, I'm sure people see me driving my vehicles on the road, and assume I'm a freeper (I'm a muscle car guy). I always try to give a honk or thumbs up though when I see somebody proudly showing the correct political persuasion on their vehicles (just hope they know why I'm honking and waving).

living in the bible belt... I see to many creation/darwin eaten by truth fish.

I want a bumper sticker that says "my car starves dictators".

Woody Guthrie's "This Machine Kills Fascists" would be too obscure for most people, I'm afraid.
