The IMR Burnt Toast Color Code - For Those Who Care...

For the past several months, I've used an Avatar (with the permission of the original creator) of our feckless whistledick morphed into a piece of toast.

In keeping with the tone of this day and age, I've decided the toast must convey a sense of national mood and urgency and thus, in the spirit of national homeland security and pure boredom, I've developed this guide to the toast colors and what they mean.

Red - Uh Oh, Caught Again. Major Scandal. Damage Control all over the place. Help Cecil...err Karl...help. A major diversion needed.

Orange - Got off the hook, the media lies are working...time for a vacation.

Yellow - Lots of RoveCo. bullshit going on...careful where you step. Loose lips sink ships. If you disent, the terrorists win. (Things ain't looking too good for the good guys if you see this color...hopefully never used)

Blue - Possible Scandal brewing (Clarke revelation, first reports of photos and so on)...the Blue Light Special...almost always something that is...DEVELOPING...

Black - Major shitstorm. Resignations, investigations, falling off a segway, cable went out...the worst scenarios for this regime...short of defeat or impeachment.

Brown...Burnt...My hopes to be displaying on November 3, 2004.

Other colors to be added, and your suggestions are welcome...feel free to borrow them for yourself or the idea. Let's have some fun!
