3. Oh, this should be good
This week's show will spend only a week atop the "worst show ever" pile.

4. Heh heh
I watched that money show on CNN this afternoon, and they reported that the twins brought in $1.2 BILLION last year. $400K of that was from their clothing line sold at Walmart or Target or someplace like that. They also reported that the twins have made 47 direct to video movies during their careers, and that they are trying to stay with their age group. They are both moving to NY to attend NYU and the press will be watching them from behind every shadow and corner.

They are child actresses and it will be interesting to see if/how they grow into their adult roles.

Its a pop culture thing and probably a good decision by SNL.

5. And please remember,
they don't like to be called the twins. Personally I think they might be the modern-day equivalent of the Gabor sisters. Whoever's running their merchandising company has to be a genius. But for the life of me I can't figure out why it sells so well.

9. I really can't dislike them.

They aren't like Pauly Shore, who made being spectacularly UN-talented and a total asshole into 15 minutes of fame.

They were cute, and now they know which audience to aim at, without going for the LCD.

And the fact they are critical of Bush helps.
(Saw it briefly on some interview with them, they said Bush was the "wrong man for the job.")

11. It's better than Hugh Jackman on SNL
I cannot see "New York Minute" being worse than "Van Helsing". At least they'll dupe people into seeing a slightly better film (I haven't seen "New York Minute" but it could not possibly touch the complete 'people are stupid so lets makes a stupid piece of crap they can watch'-ness of Van Helsing... It's like the Mummy Returns... minus 10).
