Meetings done at 440pm last night. So I went home. Now they want to throw me in the employees prison. This place is pathologically sick, sick, sick.

The sad thing is, 90% of us are grad level social workers, who kill themselves for the client's. Ze boses are also social workers. But are we allowed to think for ourselves, NO, are we allowed to think of alternative plans, NO. It is money money money. Ze bosses only try to make our job more difficult and frustrating than it needs to be.
