i once heard that earth is a 7th rate planet at best, as far as living conditions and overall ambience, are there any planets where they don't have insane leaders and britney spears?

something fairly local, i can't travel too far, cause if i decide to come back, i don't want to be the only one left from my millenium.

and there must be conveniently located liquor stores and a regular mota connection.
