8. I got myself a townhouse style condo in Germantown recently

I've got the keys but won't move everything until next Monday. I'm so excited I can paint things bright colors and put whatever I want on the walls. I just need a little gas line extension from the water heater to the kitchen so I can have a gas stove. It's 2BR but also has a garage- no more scraping! Great find, most ones with garages are huge and therefore way over my price range.

This will be my living room: bright red table and couch, violet computer table, and canary yellow walls. Sounds great to me but everyone I tell that too thinks I'm weird. Well I guess I won't invite them over! :P

Oh, I'm supposed to ask you something- did it take long to snag one? They're going pretty fast.

thus plenty of parking. I'll be commuting to work. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. I'm doing "virtual decorating". Wish I could get a floor plan and do this online.
